Health & Co is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist at our Burwood practice to join a friendly team. You will welcome patients, manage front desk tasks, schedule appointments, and provide high-quality customer service in a busy primary care setting.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage; neat, professional presentation is essential.

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments (when required).
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
