Job summary

GETAWAY. Property Management is seeking a Casual Guest Services & Property Support Officer based in Mornington, Victoria. The role supports guest services and property operations across our holiday home portfolio, with duties spanning guest communication, owner liaison, check-ins/check-outs, and property presentation.

We offer flexible casual hours, comprehensive training, and a supportive team. This is a pathway role with potential for more hours or a permanent position as the business grows in

Qualifications

• Hospitality, short-stay, property or customer service experience is preferred.
• Warm, professional and confident with guests.
• Clear, courteous communicator with property owners, in writing and by phone.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and learn systems quickly.
• Available weekends and school holidays, with flexibility for extra shifts.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries before, during and after their stay
