  • Basic maintenance: Identify and assist with minor repairs, simple fixes and general property maintenance tasks.

  • Wi-Fi and technology: Help troubleshoot basic modem, internet and connectivity issues, and elevate more complex problems when required.

  • Lost property: Manage lost property for the holiday department, including collecting, recording, organising and coordinating the return of items.

  • Organised and reliable, able to manage competing tasks in a busy environment.

  • A clear communicator, comfortable keeping the team updated and asking questions when needed.

  • Self-motivated and independent, able to work without constant supervision while knowing when to seek guidance.

  • A team player who follows direction, takes feedback well and supports colleagues.

  • Physically capable of lifting and stacking linen, carrying boxes and moving supplies as part of the role.

  • Comfortable with technology, with the confidence to investigate basic Wi-Fi, modem and connectivity issues.
