Vacay Rentals on the Gold Coast seeks an AirbnB Operations Assistant to ensure luxury apartments are guest-ready, clean, well-presented and prepared for arrivals.

You will inspect properties, coordinate deliveries, manage check-ins, and assist with minor maintenance while keeping supplies stocked and organised across Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Training and growth opportunities are available in our expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, housekeeping or property support is a bonus.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly communication and practical problem-solving skills.

The role

About you

Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

Good attention to detail and a willingness to get hands-on

Friendly communication and practical problem-solving skills

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Availability for weekend work

1–2 years in hospitality, housekeeping or property support is a bonus

A varied mobile role with freedom to organise your daily route and tasks around check-ins and agreed working hours.
