Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate Customer Service Officers to join our team in Western Australia. This casual role covers weekday evenings and some weekends, delivering first-class reception, membership sales and service in line with our procedures.

Responsibilities include handling cash, operating POS systems, processing memberships, managing suspensions/cancellations, and promoting services. Candidates with a friendly attitude and customer-service mindset are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and POS systems.
• Experience in the leisure industry is desirable.
• Current CPR Certificate, Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone/email.
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use POS systems.
• Inform and sell memberships to customers who inquire.
• Membership administration duties such as suspensions and cancellations.
• Use systems to contact potential members during the customer journey.
• Promote centre services and handle bookings/enrolments.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Promote and model good public relations at all times.
• Open/close the centre according to security and safety procedures.
