Tasman Holiday Parks in Rowes Bay, Townsville, is seeking a welcoming receptionist on a casual basis. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and bookings, and provide local information to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to use booking systems (Newbook preferred), and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods. You’ll collaborate across departments to support guests and keep operations smooth.

• Experience with guest-facing booking systems and reservations.
• Demonstrated customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle reservations, inquiries and local information to enhance stays.
