Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs.
• Responding to guest enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Taking and managing accommodation bookings.
• Assisting guests with questions, requests and local recommendations.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate reservation information.
• Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
• Assisting with general reception and administrative duties.
• Helping resolve guest concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day operation of the resort.
