Qualifications

• Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role.
• Reservation System experience; training provided for the successful applicant.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
• High level of communication and written skills.
• Broad computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition.
• Willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
• Rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
• Available for immediate start.
