Qualifications

• Experience with booking systems or willingness to learn New Book.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and residents.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is required.
• Friendly and helpful manner to deliver high-level customer service.
• Willingness to be a team player and assist in different departments.
