Job summary

Busy Bees is a leading global early learning provider in Torquay, VIC, seeking a Casual Educator earning AUD 38.71–47.68 per hour. You will support play-based learning, help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and build strong relationships with children and families.

Role requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), WWCC VIC, First Aid/CPR, and flexibility across 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Experience working as an Educator in Australia.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

What you'll bring
