Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join Busy Bees at Torquay, 15-17 Falcon Drive, Torquay, on a full-time basis. You will support the delivery of high-quality education and care and help create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

You will implement play-based learning aligned with EYLF, build strong relationships with children and families, and work with a collaborative team to meet NQS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and allergy/asthma certifications are required.
• Working with Children Check (VIC) is required.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of engaging play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Educator (Full-Time) | $30.97 - $38.14 per hour | Torquay

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Torquay located at 15 - 17 Falcon Drive Torquay, on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you'll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you'll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for [VIC]
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
