Busy Bees Global in Torquay, VIC, is hiring an Educator (Full-Time) to join our Busy Bees at Torquay centre. You’ll support play-based learning, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role involves assisting with daily routines and contributing to high-quality education and care. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check, with Australian work

Qualificações

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.

Educator (Full-Time) | $30.97 – $38.14 per hour | Torquay

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Torquay located at 15 - 17 Falcon Drive Torquay , on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for [VIC]
