Goodstart Early Learning Caloundra & Surrounds is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres with flexible shifts, above‑award pay and casual loading. You’ll have the freedom to choose where you work, your hours and how you fit into the team across multiple local services.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll contribute to the education program, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification recommended
• Current QLD Working with Children Check required
• Willing to travel between local services and flexible availability 6am–6pm

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and across centres
• Engage and supervise children at all times
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and staff
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Comply with Goodstart policies and procedures and NQ Standards
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
