Job summary

Goodstart Warwick - Wood street is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team. You’ll support early learning across centres with flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm, focusing on safety and inclusivity.

This casual role offers competitive hourly pay up to $48.29 plus superannuation and benefits, with induction and ongoing professional support to help you grow as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, 6.30am–6.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
