Job summary

Goodstart Maryborough is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team in Maryborough, QLD. You will support the education program, supervise children and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment across our centres.

The role offers flexible Monday–Friday availability, casual hours, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Have a Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Be willing to travel between other local services.
• Have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engage and supervise the children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Pay: $42.88 - $48.29 per hr
