Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Tannum Sands, QLD, is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres with flexibility across 2–3 days per week.

You will contribute to the education program, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. The role offers above‑award wages, access to training, and clear career pathways within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check required.
• Willingness to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, 6:15am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Pay: $42.88 - $45.75 - Depending on Qualification and experience
