Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator at the Pimpama centre on the Gold Coast, offering flexible hours to suit both the service needs and your availability. Join a supportive team that values inclusivity, safety and enriching learning experiences for children.

You will contribute to the education program, supervise children, maintain safety, and foster strong relationships with families while aligning with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6.30 am - 6.30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
