Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking Casual Educators for shifts across our Bentleigh East service on McKinnon Road in Melbourne. You will join a supportive team and be allocated shifts Monday–Friday, 7am to 6:30pm, working across local centres as needed.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll contribute to the education program, engage with children, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. You’ll have access to induction, training, and professional development opportunities within a friendly head

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Current VIC Working with Children Check is required.
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability Monday to Friday, 7am–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
