Job summary

Goodstart Calala Casual Educator role in Tamworth, NSW offers flexible hours across centres. You’ll engage with children, support the education program, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment for families and staff.

Applicants must hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a NSW Working with Children Check, with willingness to travel between local services and availability Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
