Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Kambah in ACT is seeking a Casual Educator to join its team. This role offers flexible hours across our centres and you will support educators and children in everyday activities.

As a Casual Educator, you will engage with children, help implement the learning program, maintain a safe environment, and build positive relationships with families and staff. ACECQA‑approved early childhood qualification, ACT Working with Children Check, and willingness to travel between

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current ACT Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services and flexible availability Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
