Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Narwee, Sydney is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children as needed. You will work flexibly across times and locations, contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment and responsive programs.

You will be paid an hourly rate of $35.44-$37.81 plus casual loading and super, with above-award wages and access to a Fitness Passport, induction and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a learning environment.
• Ability to follow safety and safeguarding guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a centre team.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
