Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking casual Educators in Brisbane to support centres with flexible shifts from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will contribute to engaging learning experiences, supervise children, and partner with families across sites to ensure safety and quality.

Applicants should hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, a current QLD Working with Children Check, and be willing to travel between local services with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification required.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexibility Monday–Friday, 7:00–18:00.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
