Job summary

Goodstart Lara is hiring a Casual Certificate III Qualified Educator to support our early learning centre in Lara, Victoria. You will join a friendly team, contribute to the daily education program, and ensure high-quality learning experiences for children.

Applicants should hold ACECQA approved credentials and a valid Working with Children Check, with availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am–6:45pm. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

• Willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability Monday–Friday 6:00am–6:45pm

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
