Goodstart Early Learning in Lara, VIC is seeking a Casual Certificate III Qualified Educator to support our centres with flexible shifts (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–6:45pm). You will contribute to the room's education program, supervise children, and uphold safety and inclusivity.

Casual positions offer above award wages, a casual leave loading, and access to benefits like Fitness Passport and comprehensive induction. Travel between local services is supported.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services and flexible availability Mon-Fri 6:00am–6:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Pay: $42.88 - $48.29 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits
