Job summary

Greengate Hotel in Killara, NSW, seeks a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee daily operations and service standards while driving new business development. This role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will lead a front-line team, train staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences while coordinating with management on growth initiatives and industry best practices.

The role will have accountability for the day to day operations and service standards coupled with driving new business development initiatives to build on the current success.

Youwill need to haveprevious experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and demonstrate your ability to lead a team from the front.

In addition you will need to demonstrate the following:
