Job summary

Greengate Hotel in Sydney's North Shore is seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant to further develop this department within our gaming room. You will join a small gaming team and report directly to the Department Manager, delivering a warm, professional service to guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hospitality, strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for gaming operations. RSA and RCG certification are required, and a positive, energetic approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with staff and customers.
• A commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.

• Sound knowledge and experience of gaming operations.

Our growing gamingdepartment needs someone with boundless energy and personality towork inour gaming room. The position requires a strong background in hospitality, the ability to work in a team, attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a cheerful and positive way.
