Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and well-versed hotel manager to join our team. We are looking to fill senior management position at Pink Hill Hotel.

Pink Hill Hotel Beaconsfield includes a large bistro, multiple function/event spaces, large sports bar with TAB facilities, multiple outdoor spaces and a gaming area.

The successful candidate should complement our existing hotel & events management team. With a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail to help lead with the other managers to establish and maintain procedures and best practice.

We require the right candidate to have experience in all areas of a busy hotel. Duties will include day to day running of the hotel, maintaining a high level of service and leading by example with a hands‑on approach is expected.

The successful applicant will be required to liaise with hotel & event management, security and other staff to ensure the smooth running of shifts in order to ensure high customer service expectations are achieved and kept up along with a safe and inviting venue for patrons and staff. A high standard of communication, conduct, presentation and integrity along with a strong work ethic is required.

To be successful in this role you will have:
