Melba Support Services in Leongatha, Victoria, is seeking a casual Disability Support Worker to assist people with disability to live meaningful, self-directed lives. You’ll work across SIL, ISA, STA and community-based supports, tailoring help to each person’s goals and preferences.

You will provide daily living assistance, social participation support, and maintain documentation while collaborating with teams to ensure safe, high-quality, person-led care.

Qualifikationen

• A Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to follow support plans.
• Commitment to dignity, respect and person-led practice.
