Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Valid Australian Driver Licence preferred or required depending on shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred support to help people live independently and with choice.
• Assist participation in community, recreational, educational and employment-related activities.
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance where required.
• Support health and wellbeing, including medication assistance where required and authorised.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of support provided.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver safe, high-quality, person-led support.
