Job summary

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Casual Customer Support Officers in the Organisational Performance Branch to be the first point of contact for customers across multiple service channels. You will resolve enquiries efficiently while delivering a positive, customer-focused experience at every interaction.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, cash handling, and experience in call centre operations. Police checks are required prior to commencement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service delivery.
• High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to liaise confidently with the public and staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and EDMS systems.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling information.
• Experience in call centre operations and cash handling.
• Current Police Check or willing to obtain one.
