Job summary

Mount Alexander Shire Council is seeking enthusiastic individuals for casual Customer Service and Administration Officers roles in Central Victoria. You’ll work as needed, serving as a first contact point and providing administrative support across the Council, including Visitor Information Centres.

These casual positions offer flexible hours with no guaranteed regular hours and require a positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or administration.
• Flexible hours of availability.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact as part of the customer service team.
