Caneland Central, proudly part of Sentinel Property Group, is seeking a Casual Customer Service Team Member in Mackay to help deliver memorable experiences for shoppers, retailers and visitors in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers approximately 2–3 shifts per week with a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and holiday periods. You will be a frontline contact, supporting Centre Management and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Customer Service Team Member (Casual) – Caneland Central, Mackay

Caneland Central is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Centre Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers, retailers, contractors and visitors alike.

About the Role

This is a casual position, offering approximately 2–3 shifts per week. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and holiday periods, is essential.
