Job summary

Sentinel Property Group Pty's Caneland Central in Mackay is seeking a Customer Service Team Member (Casual) to join the Centre Management team. You will be part of a fast-paced retail environment, acting as the first contact for customers and supporting retailers, contractors and visitors.

This casual position offers approximately 2–3 shifts per week with a rotating schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have prior customer service, retail or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to help.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, retailers and Centre Management.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks.
• Support contractors and service providers within the centre.
• Help maintain a welcoming, safe and professional environment.
