UniLodge is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our head office in Sydney CBD. The role offers variety, hands-on responsibilities, and a dynamic team environment, with potential hybrid work after probation.

You will support the customer service team, handle enquiries related to resident residency and wellbeing, and perform administrative duties while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Background in reception or hospitality preferred
• Resilient with customer service mindset
• Ability to work both quiet and busy shifts

Responsabilités

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to student residency and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
