Job summary

UniLodge is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Sydney CBD on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. The role includes handling resident inquiries, coordinating admin tasks, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and experience in reception or hospitality. Hybrid options and ongoing training may be available after probation.

• Ability to work both quietly and in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage customer requests and document them accurately.
• Handle resident inquiries related to residency, studies and wellbeing.
• Coordinate and execute administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
• Monitor and report safety or wellbeing concerns and escalate as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and local guidelines.
