There are lots of qualities that we look for in our team, but above all we need people who are resilient, hands on and genuinely enjoy delivering good customer service. We have fun at work but at times we can be run off our feet, welcoming or saying goodbye to our residents. A background in reception or hospitality will provide you with a good grounding for this role. Some of your essential skills will include strong written and verbal communication, good computer skills, organisational skills and a ‘we care’ attitude.

The position is responsible for supporting the Western Sydney University portfolio, with duties extending across multiple campuses, including WSU Hawkesbury, WSU Nirimba, and WSU Campbelltown.
