Job summary

Mount Alexander Shire Council is seeking casual Customer Service / Administration Officers to support our teams in Castlemaine. You will be the friendly first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing administrative assistance as needed and helping across multiple council areas.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced customer service, be flexible with hours, and able to learn new computer systems quickly. This casual role has no guaranteed hours.
