Job summary

Apg- is seeking a customer service team member for a fixed-term casual contract from December to February. You will respond to customer queries using Zendesk, handle enquiries by email, phone and online, and assist with other tasks typical of a customer service role.

The position is casual with a minimum of approximately 22.8 hours per week (3 days). You will work with the team to deliver on-brand customer care, liaise with other departments as needed, and help resolve issues quickly to enhance

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in contact centre, online support or retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat and email in a timely manner.
• Accurately lodge customer details, sales, feedback and queries in Zendesk.
• Process returns, marketplace enquiries, social enquiries and order-related tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse, couriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Respond to product reviews and report feedback to relevant departments.
• Represent the brand and support the wider team across departments.
