Job summary

APG & Co is seeking a Customer Care Consultant on a fixed-term, 3-month casual contract from December to February. The role involves responding to customer queries via Zendesk by phone, email, chat and online, and supporting with other customer service tasks.

You will lodge customer details, process returns, handle marketplace and social inquiries, and liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (contact centre, online support, or retail)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly – Zendesk experience is a plus
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and reliability

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over phone, chat and email in a timely manner, ensuring on-brand customer care
• Accurately lodge all customer details, phone sales, feedback and queries in Zendesk
• Process returns to senders; handle marketplace, social and fraud order enquiries; manage unfinalized orders and returns
• Liaise with warehouse, couriers and internal departments to resolve queries and anticipate issues
• Respond to product reviews and feedback; report to relevant department
• Represent the brand values and support broader teams in retail, ecommerce, email marketing and logistics
