Job summary

The Fresh Collective Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate CDP to join Strathfield Golf Club's culinary team. This casual role supports lunch and dinner service, working with the Sous and Head Chefs to deliver consistently presented dishes.

You will run allocated sections, ensure food safety procedures and maintain high presentation standards while developing your skills in a growing hospitality group. A minimum 2 years' experience and Australian working visa are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant.
• Proficient in producing well-presented dishes with consistent flavour and appearance.
• Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, open to direction and learning.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
• Prepare exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance.
• Run the section or sections allocated.
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality.
• Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous/Head Chef.
• Follow all food safety procedures and legislation.
