Job summary

The Fresh Collective Pty is seeking a motivated Sous Chef for Strathfield Golf Club. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead kitchen operations in a busy restaurant environment, collaborating with a professional hospitality group that operates across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne venues.

You will apply creativity to present dishes, manage the kitchen brigade, ensure food safety, and help control costs. Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, a Diploma in Commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant and/or cafe.
• Diploma in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety.
• Valid Australian working visa for permanent full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade to ensure speed of service.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to manage food and staff costs.
• Follow all food safety procedures and legislation.
