Job summary

Cazalys Cairns is seeking experienced professional chefs to join our busy team in the club dining space. We operate seven days a week with all-day dining from 9 am to 9 pm, delivering diverse club menus that offer good quality food and value for money.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred, and prior experience in fast-paced kitchens is a plus. You should be able to work across all kitchen sections, take direction, stay reliable, and handle pressure while contributing to a friendly

Barassi's restaurant is one of Cairns largest dining rooms within a well-appointed Club. The club dining areas are more than a restaurant or café - they are a community hub, where our members come to Meet, Drink, Eat and Play.

We are looking for qualified chefs to add to our team at Cazalys Cairns as we see our dining space get busier every week due to the high quality of our food. The position offers excellent working conditions in a friendly team environment.

The Role

We have casual opportunities available.
The successful candidates will be working as part of a team of chefs.
The restaurant is open 7 days per week with all-day dining (9 am-9 pm) as part of our service requirements. The focus is on a diverse club menu producing good quality food and value for money.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred, and experience in fast-paced kitchens is a plus.
