Rothwell’s Bar & Grill in Brisbane’s Edward Street precinct is seeking a bartender to join a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill, serving lunch and dinner five days a week.

Bring strong organizational and multitasking skills, a passion for classic cocktails, and enjoy collaborating with a small team. You will help build a world‑class cocktail list and deliver warm, outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations. This is a hands‑on role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy cocktail bar or hotel bar is preferred.
• Knowledge and passion for classic cocktails.

We’re looking for a Bartender who:

• Has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Has knowledge and passion for classic cocktails
• Enjoys working independently or as part of small diverse team
• Has previous experience working in busy cocktail bar or hotel bar and who understands what’s involved in a beverage operation at this level
• Can actively listen and communicate effective with colleagues and customers
