Job summary

Eurest Brisbane is expanding its team and seeks a Bar Attendant for a premium corporate hospitality environment at CBUS Brisbane. The role offers a Monday to Friday roster with shifts from 6:00am to 5:00pm and no weekend work, with both full‑time and casual opportunities.

You will prepare and mix beverages to standard recipes, deliver excellent service, uphold food safety, and work collaboratively in a fast paced team.

Qualifications

• Bartender with proven experience across beverage service.
• Experience handling draft beer systems and wine service.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix beverages according to standard recipes.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests.

The Positions

• Preparing and mixing beverages, including pouring beers, opening wines, and crafting cocktails according to standard recipes and venue specifications.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for customers

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance standards
• Support daily operations, cleaning, and service delivery
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced and energetic team environment

The Person

• Proven bartending experience, including draft keg systems, wine service, and craft cocktail preparation.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and well-presented
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded
