Job summary

Anyday is seeking passionate Bartenders to join Le Royale in Brisbane. Working with top cocktail bartenders, you’ll deliver elevated beverages, premium spirits and memorable hospitality.

Casual opportunities are available, offering 24–30 hours per week. Ideal candidates have cocktail experience in high-volume venues, can mix classics and modern cocktails with speed and precision, hold RSA, and are available for late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume, quality-driven venue.
• Confident in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with speed and consistency.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving during service.
• Positive, team-first attitude and genuine hospitality.
• High attention to detail, organization and cleanliness behind the bar.
• RSA Certificate required.
• Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays.

The Role

We're looking for passionate and ambitious Bartenders to join the team at Le Royale.

Working alongside some of Brisbane's most accomplished cocktail bartenders, you'll help deliver an elevated beverage experience centred around exceptional cocktails, premium spirits and unforgettable hospitality.
Casual opportunities are available, offering 24–30 hours per week.

This role will suit someone with:

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
• Confidence preparing both classic and contemporary cocktails with speed, precision and consistency
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems during service
• A positive, team-first attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• High attention to detail, organisation and cleanliness behind the bar
• RSA Certificate required
• Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
