Job summary

Palmer & Co, Sydney's iconic late-night cocktail bar, is seeking skilled Bartenders to join our high-volume team. You will craft exceptional cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences at a renowned venue under Merivale.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of spirits, and a passion for service. Must be able to work rotating rosters including late nights and weekends. NSW RSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience bartending with strong cocktail knowledge.
• Good understanding of different types of spirits.
• Passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster, including late nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail; able to perform under pressure.

Step back in time and into one of Sydney's most iconic late-night cocktail bars.

Palmer & Co is currently seeking ambitious and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Bar Team. Operating six nights a week, Palmer & Co is a high-volume cocktail bar renowned for exceptional guest experiences, world-class cocktails, and some of the best live jazz, swing, and blues music in Sydney.

We are looking for Bartenders who genuinely love hospitality and take pride in creating memorable moments for every guest.

Ideally you have

Minimum 3 years' experience bartending, with good cocktail knowledge

A strong understanding of different types of spirits.

A passion for genuine guest experience and making moments for guests.

Ability to work on a rotating roster, including late nights and weekends.

Strong attention to detail skills, no detail is too small.

Worked in fast paced, high volume environments.

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards

A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol.
