Rothwell’s Bar & Grill in Brisbane’s Edward Street precinct is seeking a bartender to join a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill, serving lunch and dinner five days a week.

Bring strong organizational and multitasking skills, a passion for classic cocktails, and enjoy collaborating with a small team. You will help build a world‑class cocktail list and deliver warm, outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations. This is a hands‑on role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy cocktail bar or hotel bar is preferred.
• Knowledge and passion for classic cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week.
• Exceeding customer expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering warm, outstanding and consistent service.
• Building and maintaining a world class cocktail list with access to some of the world’s best spirits.
