NSW Health is seeking a Casual Administration Officer to support Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals with patient-focused reception, data entry and administrative duties.

What you'll be doing
You’ll provide efficient and responsive administrative support across busy clinical and outpatient settings. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strong customer service with accurate administration and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Welcome and assist patients and visitors while providing professional reception support
Manage clinic appointments, patient arrivals and departures, referrals and records using iPM
Answer enquiries, direct calls and communicate with clinical and non-clinical teams
Process documentation, Medicare billing paperwork, scanning, filing and data entry
Arrange interpreter services and coordinate information and files required for clinics
