Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited, operating Crown Sydney, seeks full-time Casino Dealers who are energetic, service-focused and ready for a unique career opportunity. No prior gaming experience is required; a comprehensive training program will equip you to succeed as a professional Dealer.

Eligible candidates must hold Australian/NZ citizenship or permanent residency and be willing to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and overnights. A five-week training program begins 9 November 2026.

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting.
• Strong mathematical calculation skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Willingness to complete a physical assessment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL).

The role

We're seeking full-time Casino Dealers who are energetic, service-focused, and ready to take on a unique career opportunity. No prior gaming experience is required. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed as a professional Dealer. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and remain composed under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

To be eligible, you must:

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, evenings and overnight shifts
• The ability to commit to a five-week full-time training program commencing 9 November 2026, delivered Monday to Friday during business hours

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting

• A strong track record of reliability, punctuality and attendance
• High level of integrity
• Willingness to complete a physical assessment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL)
