ICYS Ipswich Community Youth Service Inc – Ipswich QLD
Be part of something new. Make a difference where it matters most!
ICYS Ipswich Community Youth Service is excited to be establishing a brand-new Assertive Outreach Program across the West Moreton region, and we're looking for enthusiastic, experienced and committed Case Managers to join our team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new regional service, work alongside passionate professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of some of our most vulnerable young people.
If you thrive on building relationships, thinking creatively and making things happen for young people, we'd love to hear from you!
Our new Assertive Outreach Program will provide proactive, intensive and flexible support to young people aged 12 to under 18 who are subject to statutory Child Safety intervention and are disengaging from placements and/or living outside approved placements.
As a Case Manager, you'll provide relationship-based outreach support, working alongside young people to improve their safety, stability and wellbeing. You'll build trust, respond to complex situations, coordinate practical supports and work collaboratively with Child Safety, families and other services.
This isn't traditional desk-based case management. We're looking for professionals who are confident working in complex environments, willing to meet young people where they're at, and committed to finding solutions when traditional approaches aren't working.
